Cancelation conditions
-International flights: once the tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. Name change not allowed.
-Land services:
*From the moment of confirmation, €30 per reservation.
*Up to 15 business days prior to the tour departure: Cancellation free of charge.
*Within 14 -10 business days prior to the tour departure : 25% of the total amount.
*Between 09-04 business days prior to the departure of the tour: 50% of the total amount.
* With less than 03 working days prior to the departure of the tour: 75% of the total amount.
*In case of NO SHOW: 100% of the amount.
; *For circuits that include domestic flights, after having the reservation firm and confirmed, an additional penalty of €60 net per leg and per person is applied.
Observations
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers.
-Departure from Istanbul to Cappadocia must be on Sunday. This itinerary is based on arrivals in Istanbul on Saturdays. The departure on Friday will have a different distribution for the nights in Istanbul.
- The order of the visits in the itinerary is indicative, it could be altered at any time but without affecting the content of the trip.
-Possible changes in accommodation: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Turkey, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible. , please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Turkey, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Turkey: it is the responsibility of the client to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as bring the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

Day 2:
ISTANBUL – ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA (*)
Before dawn, departure Ankara passing through the Bolu Mountains. Stop en route to have breakfast that will have been prepared for you at the hotel. In Ankara we will visit the Ataturk Mausoleum, inaugurated in 1953 and dedicated to the founder of modern Turkey, Ataturk. The mausoleum is a block of marble with 40-ton columns, which is reached by a long street with lions on its sides, ending in an immense plaza. Lunch at a local restaurant and then departure to Cappadocia. On the route we will also visit the salt lake (Tuz Golu). Arrival, dinner and accommodation.

CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of this fascinating region and original landscape, formed by the lava thrown by the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes three million years ago. Visit of the open-air museum in the Goreme Valley, an incredible Byzantine monastic complex made up of churches carved into the rock with beautiful frescoes. Visit of the Avcilar and Güvercinlik valleys, which have a spectacular landscape of the so-called Fairy Chimneys. Lunch at a local restaurant. We will continue with the visit of the valleys of Cappadocia. During the excursion we will have the opportunity to visit carpet, onyx and turquoise workshops. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4:
CAPPADOCIA – KONYA - PAMUKKALE
Breakfast and departure to Pamukkale crossing the Konya plain. En route, a stop will be made to visit a cervansaray, an ancient type of building that emerged along the main roads where the caravans of merchants, pilgrims or soldiers took a break on their long journeys. Lunch en route at a local restaurant. Before arriving at the hotel in Pamukkale, a stop will be made to visit the ruins of Hierapolis, an ancient Hellenistic city built in a natural environment of incredible beauty, a place where the high calcareous concentration of its waters has created one of the most spectacular formations in the world. , gigantic white waterfalls, stalactites and natural pools formed over the centuries by the passage of waters laden with calcareous salts from hot springs. PAMUKKALE – EPHESUS - IZMIR
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Ephesus, the best preserved ancient city in Asia Minor. During the І and ІІ centuries it had a population of 250,000 and monopolized the wealth of the Middle East. Lunch at a local restaurant. We will visit the Temple of Hadrian, the Roman Baths, the Library, the Odeon, the Theater, etc. During this day you will also visit a workshop of the famous leather fabrics of the Aegean region and the retirement home of the Virgin Mary. Late in the afternoon, arrival in the Izmir area. Dinner and accommodation.

IZMIR – TROY - CANAKKALE
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to the mythical city of Troy in the vicinity of Canakkale. During the visit to the ruins you can imagine how the famous and mythical "Trojan War" happened with its famous "Horse" (before starting the tour of the ruins, you will find a replica of the famous horse). It has not really been possible to prove that such a war between Ancient Greece and the Trojans took place but, thanks to Greek mythology, it has become one of the most popular episodes of Antiquity. After the visit, lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to the hotel in Canakkale, located on the shores of the Dardanelles Strait. Free afternoon. Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning to visit the Rustum Pasha Mosque. Next, we will do one of the most famous activities in Istanbul, a boat trip on the Bosphorus, a channel that separates Europe and Asia. During this journey you will be able to enjoy the history of the city in a different way. The excursion ends with one of the star visits, the Spice Bazaar, built by the Ottomans five centuries ago and used ever since. Free time in the bazaar where the visit ends. Return to the hotel on behalf of the client. Accommodation.
