• Regular airline flights in economy class (only when the client has chosen to have the flights included in the package).
• Airport / hotel / airport transfers with assistance.
• 5 nights in a hotel with breakfast.
• 4 lunches and 4 dinners (drinks not included)
• Professional Spanish-speaking guide during the circuit ( from Day 2 to Day 5).
• Visits to the monuments mentioned in the itinerary: The Del Jem Coliseum /Monuments of Kairouan (The Great Mosque /The Barber's Mausoleum, the Aglabite pools and Carthage.
• Assistance at destination in Spanish.

• Drinks.
• Tips.
• Extras and personal expenses.
• Tourist tax: 3 dinars (€1) per person per night , to be paid directly by the client at the hotels reception. Amount subject to change.
• Optional excursions (direct payment at destination)
• Any other service not mentioned in the “Included” section or in the itinerary.

• Eventually, depending on the number of participants and hotel availability, it is possible that some of the cars make the route in a different order than the one published. In these cases, and even if the itinerary varies, all the visits mentioned in the trip description will always be made, except in the event that the flight schedule does not allow it.
• Guaranteed departures for a minimum of 2 people every Sunday.
• The circuit is not guaranteed for one person, even if you pay the amount for two people. For a passenger traveling alone, consult supplement.
• Depending on hotel availability at the time of requesting the reservation, some nights may be spent in areas close to the one planned in other hotels of the same category.

-Flights: change of date allowed only before the flights are issued. Once tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. Name change not permitted.

-Management fees: €20 per person from the moment of confirmation.

-Land services:

  *Up to 21 working days prior to the departure of the tour: Cancellation without charge.

  *Cancellations between 20 and 10 days working days prior to the departure of the circuit, will have a penalty of 25% of the total amount.

  *Cancellations between 9 and 4 business days prior to the departure of the circuit, will have a penalty of 50% % of the total amount.

  *Cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the departure of the circuit will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount.

* In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.

-The order of the visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.

-Possible changes in accommodations: if any of the outings were not possible confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: many places in Tunisia, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs , please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Tunisia, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Tunisia: it is the responsibility of the client to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Keep in mind that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, can be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

This program does not admit children under 2 years of age. The published price for children from 2 years and under 12 requires sharing a room with two adults. Maximum 1 child per room. From 12 years old they pay as an adult.
